Crisper frame and rail were damaged
I removed the glass top and then rail and frame. I had to remove the gaskets from the old frame and put them on the new one. The steel support and the slide mechanisms were difficult to remove. I needed a screwdriver to do this. Some directions would have helped here. It was easier to snap them back into the new frame. I set the frame and then rail back into the refrigerator, replaced the glass.
Removed the drawers and shelf unit above the shelves. Installed the new rail and put the shelf unit and drawers back in. Less than 5 minute repair. Very fast delivery of part and reasonable pricing.

center bar to hold crispers was broken
I was easily able to find the part using the online search. I order the part and it arrived in about two days. Installing the part meant pulling out the two crisper drawers, emptying the shelf above the crispers, removing two glass shelf plates, inserting the new part, replacing the glass plates, replacing the food on the shelf and sliding in the two crisper drawers. All in all, about 3 minutes.

Ladder hooks and center crisper rail broken
I removed the crisper drawers, glass shelf, and frame assembly to install the ladder hook. Before reinstalling the glass shelf on top of the crisper frame, I installed the center crisper rail. Thank goodness for websites like this!
Breaks relatevely often when you accidently have either draws overloaded or open both of them at the same time
You need to lift up the glass part and simply fit it the center rail in, very simple

Busted shelf / divider
Repair was a piece of cake. My only wish would have been a little more informed on a few other parts I could have replaced as well. It obviously would have increased my cost, but would have simplified the install process, and still would have been cheaper then calling a service guide. I would recommend buying and installing the new gaskets when doing this. And possibly the steel support bar that goes threw the plastic shelf. Removing that bar was the most difficult task, difficult only that if you used to much force, SNAP!! and then your pissed! and have to start all over.

I replaced the center crisper rail and it broke again in about a week . Is there a center support bracket that is supposed to help hold the front of the drawers up. If there is i cant find it in parts list.

Does this center crisper rail really fit my refrigerator? Your description gives different dimensions , even as much as 2 inches wide and too long. My broken one is only 1 1/2 inches wide and 12 1/2 " long. Is it a newer version or is it perhaps stronger?

This is regarding the slide rail mft number wp10671238. The back of the slider rail that is inserted in the whole in the back has broken off. It is flush broken and not able to take it out. What do you suggest

I would like the part number that goes in front and between the crisper drawers under the crisper shelf frame. It supports the center of the front of the frame. My new frig has the cut outs to put it in, but it did not have one. The center of this crisper frame is very weak
