I called to obtain parts for my fridge. The lady that I dealt with was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She found the correct parts that I was looking for and shipped them right away. I had the parts at my doorstep in a couple of days.

The part came fast, but I had ordered the wrong number. It was very quickly replaced by Part Select, but unfortunately for the second shipment, the shipper had crushed the box and cracked the kick plate. I contacted PartSelect, and they couldn't have been more helpful, and a new part was shipped right away. This one worked perfectly, and was easy to install. It took me three years to get around to ordering this part, but the service was so good, I should have done it ages ago! Perhaps a little more attention to the packing would have prevented the breakage during shipping.

It is same as original but not damaged
