Changed the water filter and a day later we could not get water to dispense. What happened? I disconnected the tube on top of door where tube goes into the door and from the water valve. Could not blow air in either direction. I pushed a wire from each direction and hit something solid. Is this just frozen or is there a connection block of some sort? The ice maker had also stopped working and then started working again a day later. If it is ice, how do I thaw it?

Hello Bill, thank you for getting in touch. Make sure the water filter is properly installed. If that is not the case, then it seems the water tube is blocked by ice. We would suggest using a hair dryer to thaw it. If that does not help, then we would recommend replacing the water tube, part number PS11755843, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
