Excellent part but very expensive!
Excellent replacement part but very expensive! The new replacement part worked well and resolved my washing machine issue. However this small plastic replacement part should be no more that $50.00 at best. With taxes & shipping the part was just under $275.00 which is absolutly unreasonable. I give Part Select two thumbs up for their service and the timely shipping of the part.

Part worked well
The part worked well once the washing machine technician was called. Apparently I did not push the connector in far enough for the part to work.

Five minute repair
It arrived very quickly and it worked. Very easy to change. Just twist the part 90 degrees to remove it from the frame.

sud code then F35 error code
Simply removed 3 screws from the back of the washer, twisted the part to the side to remove it from the slot it fit in. Removed the hose, them removed the wiring plug. Plugged in the wiring to the new switch, put the hose back, slid the switch in to the proper slot, twisted it into place, replaced screws and cut the washer on! BINGO!! Been working like a dream.

Had F35 and SUDS messages
Tried all the Internet fixes and nothing worked. Bough the part put it in and BINGO! problem fixed. This is a class-action suit waiting to happen -- will never buy Whirlpool again. The stink problem persists despite cleaning and more cleaning.

Receiving F35 error message after "sud"
After researching the issue on the internet, I found that this was a consistent problem with my washing machine model. Located Part Select, phoned them with the model of the machine and told them what I wanted. Part was received within 2 days. Flipped circuit breaker leading to washer off. Took top off of machine, located the pressure switch, had to twist to remove where it was attached to side of machine. Removed plug with wires, plugged into new switch & replaced to previous location. Machine runs like a brand new one (the longest time was trying to figure out how to get the switch unattached from the side of the machine). Disappointed with Whirlpool; couldn't say enough good things about Part Select!

Suds and F35 error
Starting getting these errors...but we had also been washing about 300 towels a week from our gym for about 3 months. I contacted an ex-sears repairman friend of ours for advise. He first recommended checking the pump filter basket. It was easy to get to by taking off the front panel. It did have about three hand wipes and other debris in it. Removing these items did cause the errors to occur less often, but they still did continue. We had our repair friend come over and go through the diagnostics checks as per the instruction sheet that was on the inside of the washer. It came down to being the pressure sensor. After replacing the sensor, the washer has worked flawlessly.

suds mesdsage apperared with f-35 error alert
Peace of cake! 3 screws at top of washer to gain access.
Unplug sensor, but first have to rotate sensor 90 degrees to release from bracket. unplug black tiny hose and plug wire from sensor. Install new in reverse order.
works great and saved a lot of cash doing it myself.
Grateful for the info for the tips from other's with same problem!

I installed your new part & the problem persists i talk to one of agents he told me to contact Maytag but they don't have anyone to talk too. So i'm wondering what to do with this part if it is defective or if something else is wrong
For model number 5038193156
Hello Doug, thank you for your question. We would recommend checking the pressure hose to be sure it isn't kinked or clogged. Unplug the unit and wait about 5 minutes then plug the unit back in. The error code might reset. If it doesn't please call us and we can discuss the options. The part could be defective. I hope this helps!

My front loader starts up but keeps having the suds error come up.
For model number MHWE500VP00
Hello Allison, thank you for asking. According to or research, the sud error indicates that the washer detected too many suds during the cycle, and your load may not be thoroughly rinsed, or water may not be entirely removed. You may want to select a rinse/spin cycle for further rinsing. If the issue still occurs, you may need to check the drain hose, part number PS11747970, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
