My last question was answered partially.....when cooking, left top burner continues sparking throughout cooking....others go out.....why does this happen????
For model number 1924953
Hi Darrell,
Thank you for your question. There are a number of reasons why your burner would continue clicking or sparking. It could be that your burner cap is out of alignment. It could also be because of excessive moisture. Food debris can also cause this at times. However if you do not find any of these to be the problem, you will have to look into testing your spark module, spark switches, and spark igniters. It could be that one of those have failed. Good luck with your repair.

When turning on any one burner, all burners spark....upper left burner remains sparking through cooking....is this normal? if not, what is the problem, and how can it be remedyed ??
For model number KGCD807XSS02 D43313150
Hi Darrell,
Thank you for your inquiry. It is normal for gas stovetops to light all the burners to when only one is needed. The sparking at the non-selected burners has no effect on them because the only gas valve opened is the selected burner. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Oven temperature will not go pass 350 degrees after having been used first time for a previous baking. What is the problem? How can this be fixed?
For model number KEMS3798SS D42209049
Hi Darrell,
Thank you for your inquiry. If your oven is not heating evenly I would check the temperature probe and the electronic control board to verify which part is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
