Could you please give me the dimensions on this silverware basket?
Hi Linda, Thank you for the question. This basket is approximately 9 1/4" wide . This is just half the basket and you will need 2 of them to make the full basket. hope this helps!

Is this part made from plastic that will withstand the heat of the dishwasher? The one that came with my unit fell apart and I had to make one out of aluminum. Need to know before I order it.
