This gray plastic lower dishrack roller is a part for your dishwasher. It attaches to the bottom of the lower dishrack, allowing it to move in and out smoothly. If the lower dishrack stops moving in and out easily or preventing you from being able to shut the dishwasher door, inspect the dishrack roller for damage. The assembly includes 2 rollers and the bracket that attaches to the dishrack (parts are not sold separately). This assembly is sold individually, so you will need 4 assemblies to replace them all in your appliance. For this easy repair, start by removing the lower dishrack from the appliance and set it on the counter. Use a screwdriver to pry off the old roller assembly from the lower tabs. Align the new part on the dishrack by snapping it in place.

all rollers fell off. lower rack was hard to move when full
Purchase 4 roller wheel assemblies and installed them with only a screw driver to open the tangs. quick and easy and rack rolls smoothly inside the dishwasher. Rather expensive $58 per roller assembly and hopefully these last the lifetime of the dishwasher.

one wheel came off a lower rack 2 wheel roller piece
push the 2 retaining clips back with my fingers and slide off the broken roller piece. Slide the new replacement 2 roller piece into place and push up until the retainer clips click and lock.

A wheel on one of the bottom rollers was falling off

When the button holding one of the rollers in place fell off, I was lost, didn't know what to do. Then I found you online and called, there was virtually no waiting time on hold, and a very helpful representative quickly found the correct part and ordered it for me. It arrived in only 2 days! Removing the old roller assembly with a screwdriver was a easy, it took 2 seconds. Snapping the new one into place was more difficult -- it took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to do it, and an instruction diagram would have been helpful, but that was a minor inconvenience.

All wheels on lower dish rack wheel assembly were broken making the dish rack very difficult to push into dishwasher and remove it.
All four original wheel assembly's were difficult to pop out so used pliers and cutter to brake original part and remove it. Nothing on the original wheel assembly was needed for the repair so braking them off was ok. The new wheel assembly parts, with two wheels on each (4 total), two wheel assembly's on each side of the rack, were easy to install- no tools needed. Each wheel assembly just popped right into place.

Popped damaged/worn wheel assembly off, snapped new ones in. Easy peasy
Broken lower rack wheels, tine pivot, and rail stop clip
Easy, 5 minute repair. Snap off old, snap on new. I looked up on the manufacturer's website and got the replacement part numbers, then ordered on partselect for half the price.
Replaced the front wheel assembly on lower dishwasher rack
We watched videos on this repair but they didn't matter. All we did was remove the lower rack of the dishwasher. To remove the broken assembly we put pressure behind the wheels pulling them out and up - it popped right off. To install the new wheel assembly, it was easy to see where to align the part and my husband snapped it back in. No tools. Easy peasy.

I only need the pin for the wheel assembly, one wheel fell off and i can't find the pin. Do they sell the wheel and pin separately? It seems rather costly for the entire assembly.
