I have a Maytag (Whirlpool) gas range/double oven. The top oven no longer heats at all and the bottom oven does not heat properly. The ignitors are working. Can you tell me if the control panel is the likely cause of the problem?

Is this the complete control panel for Model MGR8800DE0 or just the outside shell?
