Part select was great but the shipping was poor it took three times before I recieved a unbroken part . The first two times it was packaged between two pieces of cardboard the third time it was done right. They have to work on the shipping end overwise everything else was great . Thank you

Hi - I ordered a part...it arrived broken...so I called to return it. That process was smooth as I took a picture and emailed it. They told me they would give me a refund and then I would reorder, which I did. The new part arrived, this time unbroken and it worked fine. However, when the refund came, it did not include the shipping cost, so I basically lost more than 10$ on shipping costs for a broken part. I must admit that I was not very impressed that I had to pay for shipping for a broken part. Aside from that, the purchase was fine.

MY DISHWASHER IS LEAKING ALONG THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE DOOR. WILL THE AIR INLET PART FIX THIS ISSUE? ALL THE OTHER GASKETS APPEAR TO BE OKAY.
