Refrigerator Door Handle

The part arrived in one day!!

First I removed the two screws that attached the handle to the door. Then I removed the white insert from the old handle and installed it on the new handle (4 screws involved). Last, I installed the new handle by attaching it with 2 screws. It was a breeze!

Went online with Google, and located PartSelect. The locating of the part was simple, in that the instructions to find the part were very explicit.

After ordering the part, it arrived within two days. We were delighted!

Opening the box and seeing how well it was packed was gratifying. With a screwdriver the new handle had the name plate on, and screwed onto the door within 10 minutes.

It was a perfect fit, and a pleasure to have things in good shape again.

I was impressed by the time it took for me to get the product I ordered.....only a couple days went by and I received it. I installed the new door handle in just about 15 minutes or less....works just like new...I am very pleased with the service I got. ss

Well, ours was not a repair that required any muscle....or much thought. It was the simple replacement of the handle of our refrigerator door! But I was truly impressed, first of all, that we were able to find the part at all. I had visited other sites which had told me the repair had been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and that it was no longer available anywhere. I took the two screws out of the original handle to remove from the refrigerator. Then I took out the four screws holding the plastic logo decorative strips off the original handle.
I put the plastic decorative strip onto the new handle using the same four screws.
Then I put the new handle back onto the refrigerator using the original two screws. Totaly time about 5 min.

First I removed the 2 screws that held the handle to the door. Then I removed the 4 screws that held the name plate on the handle. I removed the name plate and put it on the new handle. I put the 4 screws in to hold the name plate to the handle. And last of all I attached the new handle to the refrigerator door with the 2 screws.

In less time than it took to turn on the computer
the repair was completeed. Two screws off, two
screws on. It can,t get any easier. Thank you Parts Select, my local parts distributer said the handle was no longer available.

I unscrewed the old handle and transfered the trim piece to the new handle then installed the new handle to the frig.

Took name plate off old door handle and put it on new one. Used 2 screws to attach it to refrigerator door. About 2 minutes.

Unscrewed handle from door. Transferred emblem from sick handle to haelthy handle. Installed new handle on door.
