Door was accidentally broken by 5 year old child
Just removed two screws that held the top brackets on, and cleaned out the old broken glass. When the part came it, installed the two top brackets to the glass and then slide the glass into the two bottom brackets and screwed the top brackets in place. Whole job took about 20 minutes.

Hi. I accidentally tore off the silver heat tape that came taped around the new glass door part, on the inner side. Do i need to replace the tape before installing the oven glass? If so, do you sell this type of tape or can you let me know what type of tape it is? Thanks.
Hello Sara, thank you for contacting us. You would need to replace the heat reflector tape before using. The part number for the reflector tape is PS245067 These strips are approx 19" long, you may need more than 1 strip if more is missing. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your inquiry. The stainless steel outer oven door glass, part number 9760629, has been discontinued by Whirlpool and the handle is not available in stainless steel. There is a company that handles discontinued parts and they may be able to assist you. They are known as Angel Appliances.com and their telephone number is 1-877-835-6030. I hope this helps. I am getting ready to replace my oven glass door and i accidentally tore off the silver heat tape that came taped around the new glass door part, on the inner side.
