Performed the following:(1) a cold reboot by removing power at circuit breaker
(2) system reset by alternating pressing "hi temp scrub" and "heat dry". during the test cycle, various buttons would illuminate on and off while different sounds could be heard as though it was testing the internal pumps, valves and motors. at completion of test, all lights turned off and the sounds ceased. no error codes were displayed
(3) checked door latch
(4) checked microswitch and thermal fuse for continuity
can you suggest what component needs replacing?
thank you

Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. In order to help we will need a bit more information. Can you tell us what is happening with the appliance or why you were running a test? Was it not powering on or not draining? The more details the better. Look forward to hearing from you!

I've replaced the control board but the dishwasher still won't run. It has the start/resume button flashing. I've tried resetting the board and still won't run. Do i need to replace the control panel also?

Hello Mike, Thank you for your inquiry. A flashing start light can indicate a problem with the door switch or control panel. You can test both parts with a multimeter to see if they are functioning properly. Hope this helps!

The dishwasher will not run. The cycle buttons do not respond, option buttons do respond. I've run the reset and the only cycle button that lights is the rinse button. The reset seems to go through completely and motors turn on and off. It seems like the issue is the control panel but would like another opinion.
I have replaced the fuse and door latch and it ran for a few months and now this issue. Both the thermal fuse on the board and latch switch have continuity.
