Some control panel pads work and some do not. Example: 1, 2, 7 do not work but other numbers do. Which part needs replacing?
For model number GW399LXUS06
Hi Lisa, Thank you for the question. If some of the buttons work and others do not, I suggest replacing the Switch Membrane with Touchpad - Black, Part Number: PS11750393. Good luck with the repair!

Replacement of control module...how difficult for diy? also do i need new membrane ? it is still working?
For model number GW399LXUS04
Hi Ken,
Thank you for your question. If your membrane is still working then you should not have to replace it. To install the part it is not too difficult. You would just remove your knobs then the screws holding in your control panel. Once you have removed your control panel you will be able to get to your control board. I would suggest taking a picture of all the wiring so that you have reference to where everything goes. Make sure to have your appliance disconnected from the power before doing the repair. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Had a lighting strike the broil comes on when unit is not turned on. Replaced touch pad but still comes on when you plug back in. What next?
For model number GW399LXUS1
Hello James, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to consider either the Oven Igniter part PS2085070 or the Short Oven Sensor part PS2003225 for your model. We hope this helps.
