tube holder lost its shape and began hanging preventing upper tray from closing
repair was simple and easy; just make sure you install the holder in the same direction and on same upper-tray prongs to prevent having to remove them to switch around (ensures spinner works properly).

I had already removed the old parts so when the new parts arrived, I just attached the water inlet tube holder and put the nut on the top of the sprayer assembly and it was good to go!!!! I ordered the parts one day before 3:00 and they were delivered the next day!!!! Unbelievable service!!!! Thanks and I am a very satisfied customer!!!!

The upper spray arm mounying bracket broke
I used a nut driver to remove the broken part. I should have marked the original position of the part beore I removed it. I then needed a square drive screwdriver to complete the disassembly. A little trial & error and I found the correct location to do the remount.
I also tried to replace one of the rack rollers, but ordered the wrong part. The photos online weren't quite enough for an easy ID of the correct part. I needed a roller with a right angle mount.

The mount broke off in the upperdish rack wash assembly
I took the whole upper dish rack wash assembly apart removed the piece of broken mount and replaced with a new mount. screwed everything back together and added the Water Inlet Tube Holder that I had been missing previously. That is probably what caused the mount to wear in the first place. Anyway easy fix and good as new working beautifly!!
