My washer will not come on at all and reset button doesn’t work! What could it be?

We have researched the model you have provided and have found the parts you are looking for are Door Lock Latch PartSelect Number PS11745016 and Door Hook/Strike PartSelect Number PS11744910. If these two do not fix the issue, then the Electronic Board PartSelect Number PS10064572 is recommended. To verify if the electronic control board is causing the issue, I would test it with a multimeter to check the continuity on it. We hope this helps.
F2 error with every load. Drain, coin catcher, pump cleaned & carefully examined. All good. Cycle stops at "drain & spin" and often won't restart no matter the setting. Any ideas?
