Easy part to replace
Plastic part that controls how low or high humidity will be in your produce drawers. Ours snapped off from overfilling :/ so it was great to have access to replace them.

Amazing
Ordered several parts for my refrigerator, and they were exactly what I ordered. They were at my door the next day. I will most definitely order parts again. Very reputable!

Cracked Crisper Frame
1st time ever attempting do-it-yourself repair, amazed at how easy it was even though there are no directions with the parts. I just examined the old parts to see how they fit together and that was easy, too!

I broke the trim shelf trying to take it out to clean
I went online and found the part and ordered it. Once the new part was ordered I disposed of the old part - BIG MISTAKE! When I received the new part I discovered that there were six or more little parts in the one big part. I then had to order all of the little parts. Once they were all there, it was like putting together a puzzle to put it all back together. The diagram on your order form helped immeasurably!
Thanks!
Lessons Learned:
1. Just exactly how dirty does the refrigerator need to be before you clean it?
2. NEVER throw one part away until the replacement is in your hands

Plastic axle piece breaks off on left side of door to slide out drawer under crispers
Remove crispers & bottom drawer. Removed glass piece. Unscrewed piece( small nuts not screw heads) There is also a nubbie at front. You must remove by sliding out & lifting back of part. Reuse screws to replace piece & drawer runner. It took 15 to 20 minutes. I am all thumbs. If I can do anyone can do!

Thanks for the video showing how to replace the Humidity Slide the knowledge that the end with the flair needed to be slightly bent to SNAP into place was a big help.

Post holding right side of pantry door lid snapped off. It is part of a larger housing containing a sliding temperature control. The post is an integral part of this larger unit. I could not find a replacement part in the diagram provided.
For model number 596.72003012
