Switch knob broke!
Took apart and removed vthen replaced Easy Excact replacement Little pricy but cheaper than localy or buy a new machine! Thanks

Attempted to use the hot water this morning and no hot water came out, just cold. When researching to problem, did unplug the machine and plugged it back in while it was filling. When I unplugged, the water stopped filling. I believe I need switch, water temperature item. After I plugged it back in, I was able to get hot water to come out. Is it possible that I can do this and the switch, water temperature is going out?

Hi Jeannie, Thank you for the question. Most of our customers have been able to do the repair on their own. Once you open up the panel you will need a flat head screw driver to pop off and releases the old switch. Take pictures of the the wiring or take note so you know where they go onto the new switch. Hope this helps!

Can I test the temperature control switch in this washer. Part number of switch is wp661614
