Nothing works on the Whirlpool built in electric oven except the interior lights. This happened shortly after a storm (tornado) passed over our house but thankfully without any visible damage. Thanks jeannette sobotka

Hi Jeannette,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not working, except for the lights, you will need to check both the oven sensor and the electronic control board with a multimeter to see which ones are causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

We had a service man replace a thermo fuse(i think, hard to read handwriting) and ever since we try and use the oven it will trip the breaker. An electrician told me its not an electrical problem. The company we used is no longer in business. Any suggestions
Thanks

Hi John, thank you for your question. It is an electrical problem. Usually if your appliance is constantly tripping the breaker, that would mean that you may have a disconnect or damaged wiring in your appliance. So if your wiring is fine you should also creak your breaker to see if that is still functioning. If it is then the issue might actually be in either your heating parts or the control board of the appliance. Good luck with your repair.
