WHAT PART CONTROLS OFF/ON ON BATCH DISPOSAL? DO THESE SEALS CONTROL THE TORNING OFF/ON OF THE MOTOR? MY DISPOSAL WILL NOT TURN OFF?

Hello Betty, Thank you for the question. The Seal only seals and prevents leaks for the Flange. You may need to replace the Disposal Stopper/Starter, PartSelect Number PS357467. We hope this helps!
