Spark Module

Hi Pete, Thank you for your question. Before you begin any repair please unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet or turn the circuit breaker off. You will need a quarter inch nut driver, a flat head screw driver, a pair of needle nose pliers and a Phillips head screw driver. First you will need to remove the spark module cover box. To do this you will need to go to the back of the range. Use a quarter inch nut driver to remove the screws securing it. Pull out the cover and using the flat head screw driver unlock the tabs and release the old spark module. The 2 wires with the large terminals are the power wires for line and neutral and the other 4 wires are for the spark igniter wires. Using a flat head screw driver pry the 2 power supply wires off. Using the needle nose pliers remove the 4 spark igniter wires. Remove the power cord from the groove on the panel. Install the new spark module on the cover and secure it with the supplied Phillips screw driver. Reconnect the power wires. It does not matter which order you place them in. Install the spark igniter wires. It does not matter which order you place them. Slide the power cord into the groove on cover. Tuck the wires in and install the spark module cover. Use the quarter inch nut driver to secure the screws on the cover. Once it is installed, reconnect the power to the dishwasher and it should now work for you. I hope this helps.
