I'm so glad you asked! You sent a SUBSTITUTED part which came nowhere near fitting the refrigerator. You have, so far, ignored three emails in which I requested a refund for the part as well as the shipping both ways. Since you sent something I didn't order, and it didn't do the job, that seems only fair. Evidently you guys don't agree. I don't have any problem with the fact that you probably sent something you THOUGHT would work - my problem is that you seem to feel that it's my mistake, so shipping costs ought to be on me. I will continue trying to get this issue resolved, but I really hope you do print this on your website. I'm not certain why you have a customer service address when no customer service exists. I am very disappointed with this whole transaction.
