motor not working
followed the diagnostics instruction in the Maytag Owners booklet which pointed to the Motor Control Assembly. PartSelect was a very good choice for securing the part.

In quick service cycle mode, the washer does well until the point where it is supposed to spin at 800 rpm, it starts spinning for about 5 seconds, then stops, and then restarts for 5 then stops. I suspect that it is not getting tach feedback. Don't know if it is lower or upper board? In spin test mode it does not display spin rpm.

You can test the electronic control board, the motor and control board conversion kit and the motor control assembly with a multimeter to see if they have continuity.
