Spill Safe Shelf Frame - Frame only

I thought the part that I ordered would include the glass. The description could have been a bit clearer. In order to figure out what part was the glass, I had to call into support line. The kind agent also had to put me on hold to confirm which part number was for the glass. She came back to say that it was part #45 (which doesn't look like glass according to the pencil drawing on your site). She then quoted me $100 to purchase the glass. The shelf frame was only $16 and had NO mention that the piece of glass was not included. Very disappointed.
