Fan Blade

I ordered this fan for my air-conditioner , and it was totally the wrong part.I spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with one of your employees to make sure that I would get the right part, but when the part came, it wasn't even close to the part that it was supposed to be. Because of business, and travel,, I did not get time to return this product,, and a few days ago I contacted your service department about returning this item and they replied that it was too late and overdue return, and there was no refund available. I would have liked to send you an e-mail with a photo of the part that I needed, and return the item I received, but if this is not possible, I will not pay another $110.00 for another item that might not be the right one. So, I will just discard my air-conditioner at the disposal site. Will probably not deal with you again. However , the employee who I spoke with was very nice, and am sure they tried their best to help me. I would just like to be able to return this Fan and hopefully get the right one.
