I have a fridge in one of my rentals that was missing 2 crisper drawers
I ordered the crispers and they came the next day.I took them out of the box and had them installed in about 30 seconds.It doesn't get any easier than that.The lady on the phone was very helpful when I placed the order.The fact that they came the very next day was amazing to me.
The repair story webpage has some problems. I want to rate it "very helpful" but it showed "not helpful". I am pleased with the order service. It was very hard to find the parts on the web. There are a couple of web sites but only partselect has it in inventory. I ordered it, and it came in within 5 days. Excellent service. Will continue to order parts from this site in the future.

Original drawer handle had cracked and the crack spread down to the body of the crisper unit.
Took out the old, cracked, crisper unit and removed the white trim piece on the handle so that we could re-use it on the new crisper unit (which, in spite of the $90+ price tag did not come with new trim). The whole thing took 3 minutes to do.

Crisper Drawers were cracked
I replaced the cracked crisper drawers with the new ones just by sliding them in the bottom of the refrigerator. This did not solve the problem because one of the drawers was smaller than the other one and left a big space. When I ordered the Crisper Drawers I looked at the part diagram and it looked to me that the drawers were two different sizes and thats what I ordered. I now need to order another large drawer to finish the repair.

Hi partselect: When looking straight at the above refrigerator, I am looking to replace and order from you the clear left bottom crisper drawer of this Whirlpool gold refrigerator. I need a crisper pan 14 5/8'' wide x 9'' deep x 9'' to the upward slope x 18'' long. My model number does not exist. The fridge says it is Frigidaire but I believe it is a Kenmore? It is for the fridge side of a fridge/freezer. Any response would be greatly appreciated.
