Do shelf divider parts 9,10&22 come off the freezer basket? If so, how do you remove them from the basket?

Hello Robert, thank you for reaching out. To remove the basket you may need to follow the instructions.
1) To remove the freezer door, open the freezer and slightly loosen the two bolts on the back side of the door near the upper corners.
2) Once loose you can lift the door off the hanging struts.
3) To remove the drawer stop, insert a small flat blade screwdriver into the slot.
4) Then grab and pull to remove.
5) Repeat the same on the other side. Now remove the top drawer by sliding it out and lifting it up.
6) To remove the drawer divider, pry in the front until the retaining tabs clear the bottom drawer then rotate up to release it from the back locking tabs.
