Refrigerator or freezer will not get cold.

Hi John, Thank you for your question. If the refrigerator is not getting cold, make sure that there are no containers blocking air from the vents. You may also have a control system issue if the temperature is warm in the refrigerator. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the defrost sensor, the defrost system, the air diffuser, the thermistor, the condenser coils, the evaporator fan motor and the electronic control board. I hope this helps.
