washer will not drain or strat 12.7 ohlms at windings seems like it wants to start then pauses . pump ok swtch ok wont run or change cycle

Hi Chris, thank you for contacting us. It appears that your washer may have a damaged control board. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. For models with straight spin basket baffles, the control board is part number PS10061318. If your model has curved baffles, then you will need to replace the control board, part number PS11710881.
