Will that part fix a problem with the 3 and 9 not functioning sometimes on the keypad? Part 21 on the diagram - CNTRL-ELEC

Hello Celine, Thank you for the question. When some buttons work and others are not, this is normally an indication the Control Panel with Touchpad will need to be replaced. Oven lost power - nothing works or comes on except for the gas top lighter - is it possible it is only the thernal fuse? Or is it the control board (hopefully not)

Hi Edmond, thank you for your inquiry. The problem seems to be with the Safety Thermostat and you may need to replace it, the part number is PS11740991.
