How do i remove my stuck water filter from my Whirlpool mode. I have follow instructions from my manual but it will not move. I do not want to damage it.Thanks

Thank you for your question. Make sure before attempting to remove the filter you let the water dispensing dispense water for approximately 2 minutes, then you should be able to remove the filter by turning it counterclockwise. Hope this helps!
