The knob on my washer rotates fine through all cycles and will turn the unit on/off.The washer gets stuck in certain phases of the wash cycles and won't advance.Would the knob cause this or probably need to replace the timer?
For model number WCSR2090DBWW
Hi Chris, Thank you for the question. This issues would be caused by the timer. Hope this helps!

Off -on- set push pull dial. I think the part # is wh12x10295 if this is the part, the plastic portion in the center with the gears, the teeth are broken and worn, can just that piece be replaced or do I have to purchase the whole part. I can still operate the machine so I didn't want to remove the panel. If this is the right part please let me know. Many thanks
For model number WDSR2080DAWW
Hi Andre, Thank you for the question. If the timer switch is fine and you just need the dial with the gears/teeth you just need the Knob and Clip, PartSelect Number PS268451. Hope this helps!

Sometimes the drum will not spin during the rinse cycle.Typically when we wash jeans but not every time, last time it was just 3 jeans. Most of the other times it works fine. What could be the cause of this issue? The belt is in good shape; could it be something with the timer?
For model number WDSR2080DBWW
Hi Marvin, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Agitator Coupling Kit,PartSelect Number PS1517844. If this coupling is wore down it will not grip on heavy loads such as jeans. Hope this helps!
You recently just answered a question about my drum not spinning. A few weeks ago I changed the agitator coupling kit because of agitator not working. Then noticed the drum-spinning issue. Could it be a problem with the the new part.
For model number WDSR2080DBWW
Hi Marvin, Thank you for the question. If there was an issue with the new part you will be able to see physical damage to the part. You can check inside the bottom of the agitator. The old defective coupling may have wore out or damaged the agitator, Part Number: PS1482518. Hope this helps!

It will stop and stay on a cycle, and i have to manually turn to the next cycle. If i don’t it will get stuck in the same cycle until i remember to switch it! What part do i need!?
For model number WDSR2080DBWW
Hello Laura, thank you for your question. If the timer is not advancing on its own, but will advance if you manually turn it to the next cycle you will want to replace the timer itself, Timer Part Number: WH12X10295. Good luck with your repair!
