I have changed the door lock and still the same problem. I turn the selector knob and pick what cycle is needed. It will run for a minute to two minute than you hear a click and all lights go out and all you get is a beep when you push the start button. After about 2 hours the machine will work again for once you move the selector knob, the light come on and works for one to two minutes and shuts down like before. Please help

Hi Keith,
Thank you for your inquiry. Usually this situation is solved by replacing the door lock. Where you have already done that it sounds like you need to reset the door lock by unplugging the electrical connections to it. You will need access to the washer outer seal. Remove the outer ring that holds the seal on and then remove only the side of the seal closest to the door latch. Then remove the two screws holding the door latch in place. Remove the latch and unplug the three connectors. Plug them back in then reassemble everything. When all is back in place hit cancel and it should would work correctly. If it does not work, I would recommend checking the continuity of the lock with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly and if it is I would then check the electronic control board to see if that is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
