The washer when it gets to the spin cycle, will seemingly stall and not spin out all of the water, we reset several times and still does not want to sin out and finish the cycle??

Thank you for your question. If the washer is not spinning, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the lid latch assembly, the drive belt and the clutch assembly. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My washer doesnt fill all the way leaving some clothes don't get wet.

Hi David, thank you for the question. First, you may need to make sure that the inlet hoses are properly positioned and not kinked. Also, make sure the home water supply pressure is adequate for the valve to function properly. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS11757114, as it is most likely not opening enough to fill the tub to the required level. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!
