Hello Damian, Thank you for the question. This is normally caused by a defective Water Inlet valve that is stuck open and allowing water to flow through to the Tub. The Valve will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

My Whirlpool cabrio platinum washer makes a horrible squeaking sound when agitating and spinning. It gives the ul error when the washer is not unlevel. Hello Elizabeth, thank you for your inquiry. Our recommendation for your model number is Suspension Rod Kit - Set of 4 part PS3502193. The suspension rods are used to keep the drum assembly upright. The rods attached to the four corners on top of the cabinet to the base of the drum. When a rod breaks, the drum will be tilted which will cause the drum to be loud during different cycles. Removed a cap in the center of the tub basket which has a bolt that needs removed I believe it's a 9/16 after I removed the bolt I then removed the center of the bottom of the basket assembly which then allowed me to get to the basket hub that needed replaced it was a little dirty and I couldn't get it out so I sprayed a little penitrating oil on it let it sit a little then I was able to remove the hub and install the new one then I put it all back together and the washer is working great
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
