will not stop spinning

Hello Wayne, thank you for contacting us. Please ensure that the drainage system is sound and drain hoses and the drain pump are not blocked. Given that the washer is draining properly, the issue is probably because of a faulty timer control motor, part number PS11746373, the clutch assembly, part number PS334641, or a defective drive assembly, part number PS11723156. first problem I had with washer .all cycles their was loud grinning noise.i replaced transmission and direct drive kit with clutch.now after spin cycles drum will not stop spining makes loud /banging noise sounds like hitting somethi

Hi Wayne, thank you for your inquiry. The banging noise comes when the load is not distributed evenly or the washer is unbalanced on the floor. The drum does not stop spinning if the clutch brake or whole clutch is damaged/faulty. We would recommend you replace the Basket Drive Assembly with a Clutch, part number PS11723156.
