washer stops after rinse cycle, wont go into spin

Hi John, thank you for your inquiry. If your washer stops mid-cycle, you will need to check the lid lock assembly, part number PS8751171. The washer requires confirmed lid or door closure before spinning as a safety feature. The switch may work fine during agitation and rinse but fail under the higher demand of spin.
