The left 1/2 door has a flange that is to receed so that the left half will slide by the right half allowing both left and right doors to be closed. Ours sicks and has to be pushed in allowing clearance. What is the fix?

Hello Daniel, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number you have provided, this is usually caused by an issue with the door flapper/mullion or where it snaps into. Check the area on the door for any visible damage, and if there is no issues with the door, then we would recommend replacing the mullion. We hope this helps.
Water dispenser painfully slow. New filter (Everydrop 2) doesn’t help. Flushing new filter doesn’t help. Have had the fridge repair people out three times, their only solution “try a new filter” which never solves the issue. Fridge water dispenser worked perfectly three years ago when it was brand new and has been getting progressively worse. Help!!

Hi Steve, thank you for your question! Damaged or pinched water lines could be the reason for a slow water dispenser. You’ll need to inspect the water line outside your fridge to check it for damage. If you do not see any damage, make sure there are no “kinks” in the tube. If you want to check the water pressure on the refrigerator from the house. Just put the water supply hose in a 5-gallon bucket and let it run for 15 seconds to make sure you have good pressure and the saddle valve or whatever valve supplies water from the house to the refrigerator is not being restricted. If the water supply is good, disconnect the water line under the valve and put a towel underneath. Push the dispenser paddle and see if the pressure coming out of the valve is good. If all checks well, you are down to either the water filter or the filter housing. You already replaced the filter, so we recommend replacing the water filter housing, part number PS12348915. Good luck with this repair!
After getting ice. Fridge lost all power and will not come back on. Plug/outlet is working good. What could it be?

Hi Robby, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the main control board, part number PS11730991. It manages the functions of the refrigerator such as cooling and defrost times. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy. called in a tech who made it look easy, but even he had a little problem locating access panel that was directly under the motor in the freezer side of the door. After that it was a piece of cake.
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
