WRX735SDBM03. How do you take the freezer drawers out to clean
For model number WRX735SDBM03
PartSelect logo
Hello Rick, Thank you for your inquiry. In order to remove the upper basket, you will need to loosen the screws on the left and right front sides of it. This will loosen the rail holding the rollers. Once the rail has been loosened, lift the rail up and pull the basket out. You can do the same with the lower drawer as well. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

The freezer drawer dose not always stay shut. I put a new gasket on about 1-1/2 years ago. Is there an adjustment on the drawer slides ?
For model number WRX735SDBM03
PartSelect logo
Hi Craig, thank you for contacting us. There is no adjustment required on the drawer slides. Check that there are no packages in the freezer that may be preventing the door from closing and sealing properly. Wiggle the freezer bin to make sure it is fully seated in the slides. With the freezer door open, check to make sure the gasket is fully seated in the groove on the door. The freezer door should touch the frame of the refrigerator, and the gaps between the gasket and the door should be the same at the top and the bottom. If this does not help, you will need to replace the door slide brackets. The left door slide bracket is part number PS11753023, and the right door slide bracket is part number PS11753024. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Freezer not defrosting
For model number WRX735SDBM03
PartSelect logo
Hello Ty, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the p-trap drain tube kit, part number PS8691807, to fix the problem. The function of this part is to carry the water that has formed during the defrost cycle to the bottom of the refrigerator, where your drain pan is located. If the drain kit is blocked, then you may find defrost buildup in the freezer. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Removing the existing filter by rotating as directed and then dislodging from 'docking' station proved difficult. Turns out, the old filter is under a bit of vacuum pressure and getting the unit to separate or release was a challenge.
I removed the drop-down outer housing by gently prying the sides of the two pivot pins at the rear. This gave me move 'room' to grip and slightly rotate then pull the old filter forward and away from the tight suction connection. I was concerned that I would be too forceful for the plastic assemblies and would break something; deliberate motions and a steady thought process on the problem helped disengage the darned old filter!
