Hello Harry, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, the light at the top of the refrigerator liner is an LED light board, part# PS11755867 and includes the LED lights plus the control board for the other refrigerator lights. We hope this helps.

Both my upper and lower refrigerator led lights are dim. The fridge is only 1-1/2 years old. I already ordered the upper led light assembly from you, but it still stayed dim. I returned it. Since both lights are experiencing the same issue, what do you think is causing it? What part should correct the problem? Thanks.

Hello Aaron, thank you for your question. The lights are controlled by the LED control board. I would recommend replacing the main light control PartSelect Number: PS11755867. I hope this helps.

I ordered a water inlet valve from you and installed it. I get water from the door dispenser only when the water filter is Not installed. If I install the New water filter, I get no water. Has there been any recall on the factory water filters? Help me.

Hi William, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we recommend checking for any loose wire connections with the led modules. If the connections are fine, we suggest inspecting the door light switch, part number PS11738900, and the door switch, part number PS16218024. If these parts are fine, the LED light control board, part number PS11755867, is most likely the culprit and needs to be replaced. We hope this is helpful!
Simply pulled out old drawer and replaced with new one. This broken drawer really bothered my wife so this simple repair earned me alot of points at home. Lord knows i can use all the extra points i can get. Thanks for the quick shipment of the part. 2 days from time of call to part on my door step. Thanks again
