I need to purchase a cabinet part of this refrigerator. On on W11553289, I need #17, which includes the front left foot. It was broken when it was installed and no one seems to want to replace it. Can I buy this part separately?
For model number WRS315SDHM08
Hi Roland, thank you for reaching out. The part that is labeled as 17 on the diagram is the grille, and it does not include the front left foot of the refrigerator. The front left roller of the unit is part number PS11752444. You may order it separately. Glad to be of assistance!

Is there a way to stop? the door from swinging open on the right side do you make a stop for that door on the right side?
For model number WRS315SDHM08
Hi John, thank you for reaching out. We sell OEM parts and provide repair information only. We are not the manufacturer of parts. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the door closing cam, part number PS12731216. It allows the door to pivot open and closed. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!

My refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer section stopped freezing
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck let's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!

plastic Ice bin auger broke and needed to be replaced
The repair was actually easy; however I have an ice dispencer/crusher attached and the which the diagram supplied with the part did not include. I had to make several calls before I was e-mailed the diagram.
Suggestions: note that the screw at the end of the auger goes in the reverse direction (this took me about 20 minutes to figure out even though it was shown in the diagram). Also, be sure to keep the ice crusher parts in order and be sure the white plastic tab on the crusher fits into a depression in the housing. I did not notice this and had to take it all apart and redo the install. It works great!!!
