My freezer won't freeze ice cream, everything seems to stay frozen except ice cream and bread won't get hard. Please help
For model number WRF532SMHZ02
Hello Crystal, Thank you for the question. This is normally caused by the temperature being to high in the freezer. If the Freezer setting is on the proper settings, we suggest checking the gaskets for wear that is preventing the door from sealing properly and allowing warm air inside. If the gasket is good, you can test the Thermistor. The thermistor resistance would be 10K at 77 degrees, 29.5K at 36 Degrees and 86.3K at 0 Degrees. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.
