WMR General Electric Refrigerator - Instructions
Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".
Refrigerator would not come on
I removed the one screw holding cover in place contained the thermostat . Next , I removed the thermostat from the plastic housing. NO screws, it just clippped in. I replaced the old with the new and reinstalled the cover. 2 minutes max. Sears said the part was obsolete but Partselect had what I needed.

We a new thermostat.
Replaced the old one with the new one. Two screws, Three wires all color coded. Easy peasy.
