How do you go about changing the light bulb? An instruction sheet would be just super.
For model number WMH1162XVQ1
Hello Victor, Thank you for writing. The Bulb is PartSelect Number PS2376034 To access the exterior light bulb, you will need to remove the panel on the bottom of the microwave using a Phillips screwdriver. If your exterior light bulb has not been changed before, it is probably held in place with some silicone. You will need to cut away this silicone to remove the old bulb. If you cannot access the silicone with a utility knife, it can be removed using dental floss. Once the silicone is removed, simply unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with the new one. Be sure to disconnect the power to the microwave before you begin this repair. This light bulb measures about 1 1/8 inches. We do not recommend using a higher-wattage bulb for this appliance, and can only recommend this specific bulb. You may view the video on https://youtu.be/8nyWSG08-t0. We hope this helps.
Hello Michael, thank you for your question. If the microwave only continues to run with the door closed and won’t stop even after pressing the “Stop” button, then it is most likely a control board issue. In this case we recommend replacing control board part number PS11750456. If the microwave continues to run even when you open the door, then there is an issue with the door switch. We recommend replacing the Microwave Door Interlock Switch part number PS2361111. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Hi Stephen, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the door interlock switch, part number PS2361111. We hope this solves your problem!
Replaced the intake grille. The grille should be removed prior to cleaning. The entire part is plastic and easily broken so that the two tabs for the mounting screws are shattered and will not hold the part in place. If one attempts to clean the grille using only a moderate amount of pressure with a cloth the fragile plastic will break. The part is poorly designed. When the vent is removed to replace the charcoal filter, one may discover that the grille has already been broken in a previous cleaning operation.
