My stackables are flying across the room when on spin. I had someone level it yesterday but its still doing it. I am afraid it will go into the water heater and so i had to hold it when it was spinning. Also the noise is awful especially for the neighbors. Would a drip pan help it? What do i do?

Hello and thank you for writing.
No drip pan would not help normally.
It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty suspension PS11774781 and/or a loose or a faulty spring PS11774943 you should check the part(s) for signs of damage, and replace the part(s) as needed. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you
