Top burners work but oven and control panel have no power.

Error message F2, EO flashes on display pad. Unable to use oven because of these messages.
Hi Joy, thank you for contacting us. The F2 E0 error code means that your touch control panel is shorted. Try to unplug the oven or flip the breaker off to the oven for 24 hours in case it is wet and needs to dry out. If you re-apply power after 24 hours and the error comes back, the control board, part number PS11765772, would need to be replaced. We hope this solves your problem!
I keep getting the error message C1 R2 on the oven panel. The oven does not come on.
Hello Andre, thank you for contacting us. The C1 R2 error on your range is a control board communication or relay error, usually triggered by a power fluctuation or internal glitch. Start with a hard power reset. Turn off the circuit breaker for the range completely, leave it off for 10 minutes, then flip it back on. Set the clock, select Bake, and press Start. If the panel is unresponsive after the reset, press and hold the Control Lock or Cancel button for 3 to 5 seconds until you hear a beep and the display clears. Then try starting a bake cycle again. If the C1 R2 code returns immediately after resetting, the electronic control board, part number W10894102, has a failed relay or component and needs replacement. Glad to be of assistance!

($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.

Fairly easy to do: ) Move oven to get to the back panel ) Disconnect oven from power ) Remove the 8 screws to get the back panel off ) REmove the Latch motor screws (2) and remove the motor after twisting to get the latch rod off ) Put in new latch motor by 1st putting the latch rod in the motor assembly ) Screw the new motor in place ) Replace back panel ) Power on Oven DONE!
