Dishwasher is about 2 year old. Fills up but will not wash ….
For model number WDT710PAHZ1

Hi Kathy, Thank you for your question. If your dishwasher fills with water but will not wash, you may have a malfunctioning dishwasher pump motor. This motor circulates the water through the dishwasher during the wash cycle. If the motor is malfunctioning, you should hear clicks coming from it. You will need to remove the dishwasher from under the cabinet, so you can check the motor for continuity with a multimeter. The Ohms reading for the dishwasher pump motor should be between 200-400 Ohms. The part number listed under your model number for the dishwasher pump motor is PS12070585. If you would like to place an order for it, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

No water entering the dishwasher
For model number WDT710PAHZ1

Hello Bryan, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the water inlet valve, part number PS8760080. It is the water supplier of the dishwasher. Also, inspect the inlet hose and make sure it is not blocked, and that the water inlet, part number PS11750066, is clear. The water inlet directs water from the inlet tubing to the dishwasher tub. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!

Code F2 - E2
For model number WDT710PAHZ1
PartSelect logo
Hi Ramon, thank you for the question. F2E2 is a bad interface control board on this model. The top display touch panel is not communicating with the main board inside the door. Much like a computer, resetting the dishwasher control can sometimes solve the issues you are experiencing. To reset the dishwasher control panel, it needs to be disconnected from the power source for one minute. If your dishwasher is plugged into an outlet, simply unplug the unit for one minute and then plug the unit back in. If the dishwasher is hard wired to the power supply, turn the breaker off at the home electrical panel that powers the dishwasher for one minute and then turn the breaker back on. If the error persists. You can flip the breaker off and open the door to start. Remove the screws around the border of the inner door liner going down. Find the wire plug going from the interface control to the main board and unplug it at the main board. If the connection looks corroded, clean it with a toothbrush. Try the dishwasher again and if it still acts up, you will need to order and replace the interface control board, PS12731287. If this does not help you will need to replace the control board, part number PS12704698. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
