Hello Peter, thank you for contacting us. Check the door latch assembly, part number PS11756967. It includes a switch that detects a close or open door. If this is faulty and the control panel do not get a close door signal, the dishwasher will not work. A clogged filter or debris in the spray arms can obstruct the flow of water and stop the cycle. If the circulation pump, part number PS16744934, is faulty or not working, the dishwasher will not start. Check the circulation pump, inspect for visible damage. We hope this information helps!
The dishwasher starts and i can hear it filling with water. After 80 seconds it does not run anymore. The lights stay on but theres nothing happening. It will drain f you push the cancel button. I cleaned the upper and lower arm and the 2 filters. Do you think it could be the circulating pump?

I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.
