The pedestal drawer is stuck - how do I remove the drawer?
For model number WDP4V
Hi Terry, thank you for the question. You may need to remove the top of the washer via 3 torx, 7mm hex head screws located at the rear of the washer. Then, line up the tub with the shipping bolts, one lower and upper, opposing each other. Wiggle the drawer up and down and side to side as you pull on it. There are two screws on each side that bolts the slider to the drawer. Remove the screws. Grab the sides of the drawer front panel and pull the drawer away from the slide and the pedestal. We hope this solves your problem!

Forced the drawer open and removed it, 4 screws. Found bearings on on one side severely corroded and locked up. Only hard part was determining which side it was. Ordered the left, my left looking at the washer. Wrong!it was the washers right looking back at me.
Removed drawer, unscrewed right side rail and replaced it with new rail. I used only a Phillips head screw driver. Warning: when ordering the rails, be aware, the rail labeled for the right side of the drawer actually goes on the left and vise versa. Luckily I ordered one of each and decided to replace both rails. The right one broke first and the left one broke as I removed it
