Not sure if you can help with diagnosis but I was not able to find something applicable in the common symptoms. When i start the dishwasher, I can hear it properly filling with water as usual. When the cleaning starts, I can hear the motor make noises but it doesnt sound normal and I can tell that it is not shooting water. I am not sure if there is an issue with the motor as it sort of sounds weaker or if the sound is just different because its not shooting water. In your opinion do you think this sounds like the spray arms need to be replaced of the motor? thanks!

Hi Clay, Thank you for your question. If it does not sound like the spray arms are shooting water, they may be clogged with mineral deposits or other debris and need to be cleaned. Soak them in a solution of warm water and vinegar and use a paper clip to remove any build up in the openings. If the spray arms are fine, you should check the water inlet valve, the pump and motor and the water supply tube. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please call customer service. We look forward to hearing from you!

My filters had completely clogged up with hard deposits and food left on the dishes after running the dishwasher.
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.
