Dishwasher has 4 cycles, but it will only let me select 2: 1 hour wash and soak and clean. I cannot select heavy or normal wash cycles. any ideas?
For model number WDF520PADM3
Hi Travis,
Thank you for your question. If both the 1 hour wash and the soak and clean options on the control panel are not working, the issue could be either the buttons, part number PS11731106, or the electronic control board, part number W10804115. You will need to check both parts to see which one is causing the issue. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Washer goes through entire cycle but at the end water stays in bottom
For model number WDF520PADM3
Hi Pamela,
Thank you for your question. It is normal for a small amount of water to remain in the bottom of the dishwasher. Usually a cup of water will remain. This keeps the seals and working parts in good condition. If it is more than that, you will need to check the drain pump, the drain hose and the electronic control board. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Need part for for panel switch, start switch stopped working

Hello Jo, thank you for the question. According to our research, the start switch does not come separately. You may need to order the electronic control board, part number PS11722932. We hope this helps!
Options button for Heat Dry & High Temp does not allow me to select either option.
For model number WDF520PADM3
Hello Adam, Thank you for your inquiry. First, we recommend checking the button tree to make sure that those buttons are not damaged. Next, try resetting the control board by disconnecting the power to the dishwasher (either by unplugging it or turning it off at the circuit breaker) for 10 minutes. If that does not fix the issue, then you may need to replace the control board. Good luck with your repair.

I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
Pulled the dishwasher out from the counter, on the lower right hand side, about mid way back there is a bundle of all yellow wires, follow that to the sensor which mounts into the bottom of the wash tub. The sensor is easily removed by grasping it by hand and turn it about a half turn (can't remember which direction). It then just pulls out. Disconnect the wire bundle by pushing on the retaining clip and the install is the reverse.
